Purton cattery will take every care and precaution whilst looking after your beloved furry friend however, we cannot be held responsible for any illness, disease, death or loss whilst they are in our care or during transport to or from the cattery pen. Cats are left in our care at the risk of the owner.

Purton cattery cannot be held responsible for any damage/loss of property whilst on the premises.

Sharing of accommodation is only permitted for cats from the same household. The owner consents to cats being separated if required for any reason.

You give permission for any medication/parasite treatment to be given as needed or as advised by a vet and charged to the owner. We will always try and use your own assigned vet if treatment is needed but may have to use ours if necessary.

All male cats over the age of 6 months must be neutered before being boarded.

All cats to be vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and influenza before boarding. Proof of vaccination is mandatory and Must be provided before boarding or at the time of booking in.

If no contact is had with the owner/emergency contact after 14 days of the collection date, then Purton Cattery will rehome your cat(s) after all efforts have been made to make contact.

No deposit is required but we ask that you give us 14 days notice to amend/cancel any current bookings

Permission to share photos of your cat on social media

Payment is due on collection of your cat(s) by cash or BACS (bank transfer). Cat(s) cannot be collected until payment is made in full.

All part days will be charged as full days including arrival/departure days.

An additional fee of £10 per day for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day applies.

All prices include food, treats, bedding, litter, toys, daily grooming and daily play time should your cat wish.

Food provided includes pouches of wet food (Felix, Whiskas, Purina Gourmet and Sheba) and dry food (Whiskas, Purina One, Purina Kitten, GoCat)

Owners must inform Purton Cattery at the time of booking and or day of arrival of any medical history concerning your cat(s).
